About The Position
The Registered Nurse provides safe, competent nursing care to patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. The role provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. Patient Centered Care forms the foundation for nursing care, and the nurse demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times. The position is with the Cardiac Care Unit at Palmdale Regional Medical Center.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Current state nursing license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications upon hire.
- PALS or NRP certification current or obtained within 90 days of employment, as applicable to the required specialty.
- CPI certification within 30 days of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Prefer one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting.
