About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department team for night shifts. The role requires at least three years of experience working in an emergency care setting. The schedule consists of 12-hour shifts from 1830 to 0700, totaling 36 hours per week. Additional shifts may be available to pick up. The position is located near Pacific Northwest beaches and Olympic National Forest.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in an emergency care setting.
• Current Washington State nursing license or multi-state nursing license.
• Completion of six-hour suicide training.
• Verification of demographics from Nursys.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
• Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.
• Current TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification.
• Current NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification.
• Experience and knowledge as an Emergency Department nurse.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Requests for time off must be pre-approved and included at the end of the contract along with full scheduling availability.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Meditech electronic medical records (EMR) is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
