About The Position
Advanced Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care for medically fragile children and adults in home and school settings. This position offers a more personalized care model, allowing for stronger patient outcomes and professional satisfaction. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay of $45/hour with the opportunity to earn up to $53/hour with applicable differentials for Trach, Vent, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays. Enjoy flexible scheduling options (full-time, part-time, PRN), weekly pay, consistent patient assignments, and cases located near your preferred work area. Requirements
- Active RN license in Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact
- A minimum of one year of RN experience is required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or an equivalent accredited organization required.
- Valid PPD skin test
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care (feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, central lines)
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Maintain a safe and clean care environment
