We will rely on you to assess, plan and implement patient care; educate patients and families on disease processes, procedures and medications; and address various patient needs, including, but not limited to, IVs, PICC lines, lab draws, wound care, trachs, G/J tubes, Foley caths and medication administration. Requirements
- One year of acute care experience
- Current RN state licensure
- CPR certification
- Ability to travel for in-home patient visits
- Exceptional time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Responsibilities
- Assess, plan and implement patient care
