About The Position

Seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment working rotating 12-hour day and night shifts with 24–36 hours weekly guaranteed. The RN will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for laboring mothers, newborns, and postpartum patients in a fast-paced Labor & Delivery environment. Responsibilities include maternal-fetal monitoring, high-risk labor support, antepartum care, delivery assistance, newborn stabilization, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Candidates must be comfortable caring for neonatal, adolescent, and adult populations while utilizing evidence-based nursing practices and Epic EMR documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of Labor & Delivery experience required
• High-Risk Labor & Delivery experience required
• Fetal Monitoring experience required
• Antepartum experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Experience with newborn, adolescent, and adult patient populations required
• BLS Certification (AHA or ARC) required
• NRP Certification required
• Active Minnesota RN License or temporary MN RN license accepted with submission
