About The Position
Provide professional nursing care through the nursing process. Meet the needs of the patient, family, and multidisciplinary team through communication, coordination, and evaluation. Comply with all policies and procedures, nursing standards of practice, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program at an accredited school of professional nursing within six months of hire or rehire, and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position. BSN or MSN graduates are preferred.
- Current licensure with the New Jersey State Board of Nursing as required by law.
- American Heart Association BLS certification required.
- American Heart Association ACLS certification required within six months of hire.
- One year of clinical experience in the specialty area required for per diem positions; two years preferred.
Nice To Haves
- BSN or MSN graduate.
- National certification in the area of specialty.
- Two years of clinical experience in the specialty area for per diem positions.
