About The Position

Rock Creek of Ottawa is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. This role involves monitoring patient conditions, assessing needs, and providing care and advice. The RN will observe and interpret patient symptoms, communicate them to physicians, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans. Responsibilities include performing routine procedures like taking vital signs and administering injections, as well as managing patient medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Requirements

• RN License is required.
• Prior experience preferred but new grads are welcomed!

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts.
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.
