About The Position
Bridgepointe at Ashgrove Woods is hiring a Registered Nurse for night shift. The RN provides direct nursing support and continuity of care for residents from admission through discharge, while helping ensure care plans reflect residents’ current physical and emotional needs. The role includes administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policy, delivering person-centered care, and maintaining accurate documentation for smooth shift transitions. Requirements
- Hold an active Registered Nurse license in Kentucky.
