About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides a competent level of nursing care using the nursing process and critical thinking. The role follows standards of practice, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care, teaching, health promotion, and evaluation. It also follows standards of professional performance covering ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice and nursing research, quality, evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health. The RN applies clinical knowledge and skills to meet the standards required by the specific clinical area. Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Registered Nursing.
- Registered nursing license.
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- One year of experience.
