About The Position
Rancho Bellagio Post Acute is a 99-bed skilled nursing facility in Moreno Valley, California, seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to residents. The RN will work with a collaborative clinical team and help maintain a positive, safe, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
Requirements
- Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and participate in the care of skilled nursing residents.
- Perform skilled nursing assessments and monitor changes in residents’ conditions.
- Manage and administer IV therapy.
- Assist with admissions of new skilled patients.
- Make rounds and provide thorough shift reports.
- Assist with the supervision and coordination of nursing staff.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident care.
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
