About The Position
Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join its compassionate care team. The position involves traveling to multiple facilities within a designated Benedictine region and providing care to residents as needed. Benedictine is a not-for-profit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica and guided by the core values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice. It aims to provide a supportive and empowering culture for residents and team members.
Requirements
- Hold a current state Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Possess organizational skills needed to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
- Demonstrate knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
- Travel within a designated Benedictine region to provide care at facilities as required or needed.
