Requirements
- Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
- 18 months of recent experience in their specialty area (e.g., ICU, OR) to be eligible for the Resource Pool
- Nurses are required to work assigned shifts in all units in their division of choice
- The team member must enter at least 24 hours prescheduled time per calendar month in API
- Of these prescheduled hours, 8 hours scheduled on a weekend shift and 8 hours on an off-shift
