About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions in an outpatient dialysis setting. Dialysis experience is not required; paid training is provided. The role offers a fast-paced, hands-on environment, long-term patient relationships, and the opportunity to apply a broad range of nursing skills while caring for medically complex patients.

The schedule is flexible and may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Nurses may float to nearby clinics as needed, and training may take place at a clinic other than the nurse’s home location. Reliable transportation is required for potential floating.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Reliable transportation for potential floating.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to changes in health.
• Collaborate with a clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians.
• Educate patients and families about kidney health and treatment options.
• Float to nearby clinics as needed.
