About The Position

This is a full-time night shift position for a Registered Nurse in the Adult ED Inpatient Holds unit at Vanderbilt University Hospital (VUH). The unit cares for adult patients 18 or older with a variety of medical diagnoses, utilizing a blended emergency department and inpatient stepdown care delivery model. The environment is friendly, team-focused, and flexible. Nurses on this unit gain knowledge and expertise in both emergency and inpatient care, with the opportunity for cross-training with the main emergency department.
