This position offers casual hours with no FTE assigned, scheduled on day shift (M – F), with hours based on organizational needs and availability. The RN utilizes the nursing process and aligns practice with organizational policies, professional nursing standards and regulatory practice acts. Requirements

• Minimum of an Associate degree in Nursing
• RN licensure to practice in the state of Minnesota upon hire
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients RN, Hospital - includes Operating Room and Outpatient Services to provide comprehensive care to surgical patient before, during and after procedures while assisting the surgical time and ensuring patient safety.
• In addition to surgical procedures, the position is part of the outpatient and infusion center team; collaboration amongst all team members is essential to provide great service to our patients.
• The RN utilizes the nursing process and aligns practice with organizational policies, professional nursing standards and regulatory practice acts
