What you will do: Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients RN, Hospital - includes Operating Room and Outpatient Services to provide comprehensive care to surgical patient before, during and after procedures while assisting the surgical time and ensuring patient safety. In addition to surgical procedures, the position is part of the outpatient and infusion center team; collaboration amongst all team members is essential to provide great service to our patients. The RN utilizes the nursing process and aligns practice with organizational policies, professional nursing standards and regulatory practice acts Partner with a team of providers, medical professionals, and managers who are here to support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an Associate degree in Nursing
  • RN licensure to practice in the state of Minnesota upon hire
  • Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures.
  • Assist the surgical team and ensure patient safety.
  • Collaborate with team members in the outpatient and infusion center.
  • Utilize the nursing process and align practice with organizational policies, professional nursing standards, and regulatory practice acts.
