About The Position
STAT Home Health is seeking Full-Time Registered Nurses (RN) for Escambia/Santa Rosa Counties, FL. This role involves supervising patient care, coordinating all aspects of patient care, initiating and updating the plan of care, completing all documents timely (including Oasis, 485, order submission), and supervising, orienting, and teaching other clinical personnel when needed. You will also assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including problem resolution and complaint investigation.
Requirements
- Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum 1 year Home Health experience as an RN
- Current CPR Certification
- Compassionate and great time management skills
- Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility
Responsibilities
- Supervise patient care
- Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care
- Complete all documents timely, including Oasis, 485, order submission
- Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed
- Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation
