About The Position

This is a Full-Time Permanent Night position for an ED/Emergency Department Registered Nurse within the Eastern Market Regional Resource Pool. This role requires travel to three Sentara hospitals: Sentara Careplex Hospital (Hampton, VA), Sentara Obici Hospital (Suffolk, VA), and Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center (Williamsburg, VA). The pool offers various assignments including ICU/Critical Care, Emergency Department (ED), IMCU/Stepdown, and Medical/Surgical opportunities. The primary duties include assessing/admitting patients, rounding checks, giving medications, talking with family members, and being responsible for the overall care of patients. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Intermediate/Stepdown
  • Requires travel to all 3 Sentara hospitals including: Sentara Careplex Hospital (Hampton, VA), Sentara Obici Hospital (Suffolk, VA) and Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center (Williamsburg, VA)
