About The Position
A pediatrician-owned home health start-up in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an experienced, career-minded Registered Nurse to help lead the clinical and operational development of a growing pediatric and adult Private Duty Nursing (PDN) program. This hands-on leadership opportunity is for an RN with home health PDN or continuous-care experience who wants to help build a strong clinical team and grow into a long-term leadership role. The position combines clinical and operational responsibilities and focuses on medically complex home care.
Requirements
- Current California RN license.
- Home health Private Duty Nursing or continuous skilled nursing experience.
- Experience with medically complex pediatric and/or adult patients.
- Clinical leadership, supervisory, and operational experience.
- Knowledge of care planning, documentation, compliance, staffing, and clinical oversight.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience caring for high-acuity patients requiring tracheostomy, ventilator, enteral feeding, respiratory, neurological, or other complex care.
Responsibilities
- Help lead the clinical and operational development of the pediatric and adult Private Duty Nursing program.
- Help build a strong clinical team.
- Recruit, train, and support RNs and LVNs.
- Oversee care planning, documentation, compliance, staffing, and clinical operations.
