About The Position

Billet Health is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing Home Health team serving geriatric patients throughout the Kingman area. This is a PRN opportunity designed around your availability, allowing you to choose your preferred coverage areas and schedule. As a Home Health RN, you will provide one-on-one care in the patient's home or residential setting, build relationships with patients and their families, and focus on patient-centered care. Visits are typically 45-60 minutes, enabling you to dedicate meaningful time to each patient.

Requirements

Ability to work closely with our Director of Nursing and care team
Ability to complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

Responsibilities

Performing comprehensive nursing assessments
Identifying patient needs and changes in condition
Implementing individualized plans of care
Providing skilled nursing interventions
Medication management and education
IV therapy and other skilled nursing services
Patient and caregiver education
Monitoring patient progress throughout the episode of care
Communicating changes in condition to the appropriate members of the care team
Collaborating with physicians, the Director of Nursing, and other healthcare professionals
Completing timely and accurate clinical documentation
