About The Position
Billet Health is seeking passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide home health care to geriatric patients. This role involves assessing patient needs, collaborating with an RN case manager and the Director of Nursing to ensure quality care, and traveling to patient homes. The position offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing nurses to build their own caseload and set their own pace. Visits are typically 45-60 minutes long, and nurses have the autonomy to arrange visit times that work for both themselves and the patient. Requirements
- Active LPN License in the state of practice
- Valid Driver License
- Valid Auto Insurance
- CPR or BLS Certification
- Valid TB Test (Skin test within the last year or x-ray within the last five years)

- Willingness to travel.
- Open availability to patients as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs.
