About The Position
Seeking a Registered Nurse for the 3AC Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit at Baptist Health Floyd. This is a full-time position working 36 hours weekly on nights (7pm-7am), with a requirement to work every 4th weekend. The unit is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots new ideas for the hospital and cares for a wide range of medical diagnoses and conditions. It is an opportunity for new graduates and experienced nurses alike, with seasoned nurses sharing their expertise.
Requirements
- Current Indiana or compact state RN license
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required

Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge.
- Function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers.
