About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) will conduct remote health screenings using a provided screening tool to determine participant eligibility for a health-related study. Qualified participants will be scheduled for onsite study sessions. This role does not involve diagnosis or medical treatment.

Requirements

• Ability to conduct structured remote health assessments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and protocol adherence.
• Knowledge of medical ethics, patient confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment.
• Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical or research setting.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in cardiac care or exercise physiology is a plus.
• Telehealth or remote screening experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote participant health assessments using a standardized screening protocol.
• Determine participant eligibility based on predefined health criteria.
• Schedule qualified participants for onsite study sessions.
• Communicate participant eligibility and any special accommodations to the study team.
