About The Position

ChristianaCare's Hospital Care at Home Program is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care to medical-surgical patients in their homes. This program allows patients to receive hospital-level care at home, monitored by a dedicated team of experts including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, paramedics, and registered nurses. Services include laboratory, infusion therapy, wound care, imaging, PT, OT, EKG, in-home advanced practice provider visits, virtual specialty consultations, and medication delivery. Patients remain connected through in-person home visits (2 per week), virtual visits, and telehealth monitoring.

Requirements

RN License in Delaware or a Compact State
BSN preferred or commitment to acquiring BSN within 3 years of hire date
Minimum of three years of med/surg experience as an RN
BLS required
Active Driver's License

Responsibilities
