About The Position

Wood Violet Recovery is hiring an Overnight RN to support clients in detox and stabilization. This role offers a steady overnight pace, a supportive team, and meaningful work. The position involves monitoring clients, administering medications, coordinating with the clinical team, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin RN license
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• Strong documentation skills
• Calm, organized, team-oriented

• Behavioral health experience not required

Responsibilities

• Intake assessments
• Monitor withdrawal symptoms
• Daily nurse assessments
• Administer meds
• Process/communicate labs
• Respond to medical concerns
• Coordinate with providers & clinical team
• Hospital transfers & nurse-to-nurse reports
• Documentation (HIPAA compliant)
