About The Position

BAYADA Willow Grove Pediatric Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for infant/pediatric care to join their Skilled Nursing team for overnight shifts. They emphasize providing high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. An overnight incentive of $1,000-$2,000 is offered for nurses committing to part-time or full-time overnight shifts. BAYADA offers a strong onboarding and training experience, with accessible Clinical Managers and office staff for support. Private duty nursing involves traditional shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with one-to-one client care, building relationships, and allowing for observation of client milestones. There are no weekend requirements, and client age ranges from infant to adult. RNs will travel to a client's home, execute doctor's orders, perform assessments, monitor conditions, document observations, and act with autonomy.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
