About The Position
IU Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for an onsite role in a busy primary care practice at 6820 Parkdale Place, Suite 212, Indianapolis, Indiana. The RN will work alongside six physicians and three advanced practice providers, supporting patient care for a diverse population ranging from pediatric to geriatric patients. The role requires at least one year of RN experience and offers a supportive, collaborative primary care team environment.
Requirements
- At least one year of RN experience.
- Associate of Nursing (ASN) degree required.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program. Candidates without such a degree may be considered with more than two years of relevant clinical experience, subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Awareness and understanding of the legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.
- Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required according to unit or department specialty and patient care policies.
