About The Position

We are hiring a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department at Ascension St Vincent Indy South Micro Hospital in Indy South, IN. This is a full-time night shift position. The role involves implementing and monitoring patient care plans, recording and communicating patient conditions, serving as a primary coordinator for patient care across disciplines, noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders, and assessing and coordinating patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Responsibilities
