About The Position

Columbia Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time day-shift position in skilled nursing and memory care. The schedule is 6 AM–6 PM in 12-hour shifts, with a weekend rotation and no on-call requirement. Nurses build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and use their nursing skills to support residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role emphasizes a supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication to promote coordinated, excellent resident care. Requirements

Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Ability to support teamwork and collaborate with nursing and other facility teams.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities
