About The Position
As a DaVita Registered Nurse, you will ensure compassionate and professional delivery of dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting, supporting patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with a professional team of clinicians, apply critical-thinking skills to solve problems, and support patient care. Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation.
- At least 2 years of experience with acutely ill patients; ICU, ER, and Med/Surg experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, time-management, and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- CNN certification.
Responsibilities
- Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status.
- Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations.
