About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced primary care environment. The Registered Nurse will collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to assess patient needs, coordinate care, administer treatments, educate patients and families, and promote positive health outcomes. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, maintaining clinical excellence, and fostering a patient-centered experience while adhering to evidence-based nursing practices and organizational standards.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN or BSN required; BSN preferred).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of direct patient care experience within the past three (3) years.
  • Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation software.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Must be U.S. Citizen or hold Green Card.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred; may be required for certain clinical assignments.
  • Experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, medical-surgical, emergency department, telemetry, or critical care preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment, patient education, and critical thinking skills.
  • Current CPR certification preferred if not included with BLS certification.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
  • Perform patient assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as prescribed.
  • Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and clinical interventions.
  • Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
  • Coordinate care with physicians, advanced practice providers, specialists, and ancillary staff.
  • Monitor patient progress and promptly communicate changes in condition.
  • Maintain infection prevention and patient safety standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing professional development.
