About The Position
The Registered Nurse will provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department. They will utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. The nurse will maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice, assume responsibility, accountability, and authority for outcomes of nursing care, and guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care. The role also involves positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting a high-quality patient experience.
Requirements
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
- BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
Nice To Haves
- BSN degree preferred
- Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred
