About The Position
The Registered Nurse will provide nursing care to all patient populations in the Emergency Department. This role utilizes the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care, while maintaining regulatory compliance in individual practice. The nurse assumes responsibility, accountability, and authority for outcomes of nursing care, and guides and directs assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care. This position positively contributes to safety outcomes and promotes a high-quality patient experience.
Requirements
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
- BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
Nice To Haves
- BSN degree preferred
- Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred
