About The Position
BAYADA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide flexible, one-on-one pediatric home care for clients ranging from infants to young adults. We offer comprehensive training and ongoing support, allowing you to choose the age group and acuity level you are most comfortable with. This role provides a perfect balance of flexibility, meaningful work, and professional development, empowering you to grow your skills while making a lasting impact on children and their families. Requirements
- Current nursing license in good standing.
- Graduation from accredited and approved nursing programs, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with pediatric clients.
- Comfort with various age groups and acuity levels.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one care for pediatric clients in their homes.
- Offer care for clients ranging from infants to young adults.
- Manage basic 1:1 assistance, school support, and seizure precautions.
- Provide complex care including feeding tubes, tracheostomy, and ventilator management.
- Utilize electronic charting with Statewise.
