About The Position
Phoenix Home Care is seeking compassionate and skilled LPNs or RNs to provide one-on-one nursing care for pediatric and young adult patients in their homes. Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license (state required)
- Dependable, compassionate, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently in a home setting
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Experience providing one-on-one pediatric nursing care in home settings is a plus.
- Ability to administer medications and monitor changes in patient condition is a plus.
- Experience partnering with families and care teams is a plus.
