About The Position

Aveanna is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate home healthcare to a toddler in Arlington, Texas. The patient has high-acuity needs, including a feeding tube, tracheostomy, ventilator, and medication administration. Training is available. The role is part of Aveanna’s private duty nursing services, with local support from operators and clinicians and electronic documentation via a tablet kept in the patient’s home. Requirements

Maintain an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state where the clinician will practice.
Transfer a compact license to the state of residence within 90 days.
Hold current CPR certification with a hands-on component; Aveanna may assist with obtaining this requirement after hire.
Have a TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
Have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not required.
