About The Position
Vibra Hospital of SE Massachusetts is seeking Registered Nurses for its Med Surg team. The Registered Nurse develops, implements, evaluates, and revises plans of care for assigned patients and families while promoting Vibra Healthcare’s mission and values. Care includes providing direct care and delegating and supervising nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. The role involves demonstrating clinical competence, managing patient care, improving quality of care, establishing professional relationships, applying professional skills, fulfilling hospital role responsibilities, and developing clinical expertise in the specialty.
Requirements
- Current, valid, and active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
- Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within six months of hire.
- Ability to project a professional image.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
- Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

- Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
