About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) for a contract opportunity in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients while monitoring clinical conditions, administering treatments, coordinating care, and supporting safe patient outcomes. Previous travel nursing experience is required for this opportunity.

Requirements

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) License or Applicable Multistate RN License Required.
• Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Registered Nursing Experience Required.
• Previous Travel Nursing Experience Required.
• Current BLS Certification Required.
• Completion of Required NetLearning Modules and Successful ECG and Medication Exams With a Minimum Score of 80% Required Before Start.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor medical-surgical patients and develop individualized nursing plans of care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies while evaluating patient response and changes in clinical condition.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to support treatment, transfer, and discharge planning.
• Provide patient and family education regarding medications, treatment plans, recovery, and ongoing healthcare needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established patient-safety, infection-control, and nursing standards.
