We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our senior living community team. The RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, overseeing clinical services, and ensuring residents’ health, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate is organized, clinically skilled, and committed to delivering exceptional resident-centered care.

Requirements

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or required

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or geriatrics preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document residents’ health conditions and nursing need
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and community policies
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions
• Supervise and support caregivers, CNAs, and medication aides
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, infection control standards, and company policies
• Participate in resident assessments, wellness checks, and care conferences
• Provide education and support to residents, families, and staff as needed
