Registered Nurse - ICU/CCU - Night Shift
About The Position
Munson Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in the ICU/CCU as part of a collaborative nursing team. The nurse assesses, monitors, and documents patient conditions and progress; administers medications and treatments according to care plans; communicates effectively with patients, families, and team members; and supports quality improvement initiatives and adherence to safety standards. This is a full-time night position working 36 hours per week on three 12-hour shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with an every-other-weekend rotation. The position is eligible for an $18,000 sign-on bonus in exchange for a two-year employment commitment; terms and conditions apply. Munson Healthcare requires employees to be vaccinated or have lab-confirmed immunity for measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella. Employees must also receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in their hire year and annually thereafter, unless they have an approved medical or religious exemption.
Requirements
- Licensed RN in the State of Michigan.
- Experience in critical care or similar areas.
