New Grad Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU

About The Position
Under minimal supervision, provides nursing care to a group of patients assigned based on matching patient needs with the nurse’s competencies. Completes established competencies for the position within the designated introductory period. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Proficient in using computer software, including electronic patient records.
- Possess a current Nurse Permit.
- Have active healthcare provider Basic Life Support (BLS) on hire from ARC or AHA; AHA Healthcare Provider BLS must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
- Additional courses or completions—including ACLS/TNCC, PALS/ENPC, NRP, S.T.A.B.L.E., Fetal Monitoring, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention—are required depending on the department hired; see the applicable Staff RN job description for requirements and grace periods.
