Starting wage is $38.91–$61.21, depending on experience. The position may be eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and tuition loan repayment. Billings Clinic is a community-owned, not-for-profit, physician-led health system based in Billings, Montana, with more than 4,700 employees, over 550 physicians and non-physician providers, and a 304-bed hospital. The organization describes its culture as focused on teamwork, kindness, safety, and courage, and is Magnet-designated for nursing excellence. The employer offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees working at least 20 hours per week. ASN-prepared RNs with fewer than five years of RN experience must commit to completing a Bachelor of Nursing degree within four years after hire; Billings Clinic offers financial assistance to support the cost.
