About The Position

This position serves as a Flow Manager, partnering closely with the RN Lead to support efficient daily clinical operations. The primary focus of this role is in basket management, patient triage, completion of clinical forms, and supporting other day-to-day clinical tasks. Atrium Health Primary Care One Health Family Medicine SouthPark is located at 4525 Cameron Valley Pkwy, Suite 4100-D, in Charlotte, NC. Our practice provides comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals of all ages, from newborns to adults. Services include preventive care and routine physicals, women’s health, well-child visits, same-day sick care, and chronic disease management. As a busy and growing primary care office serving the SouthPark community, we are committed to delivering high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• 1 year of RN experience
• Prior ambulatory care experience
