About The Position

Harborview Medical Center's PACU/ASU is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 90% FTE (36 hours per week) position. The role involves variable shifts, including a mix of day and night shifts over a two-week period, with 12-hour shifts. The PACU/ASU teams provide comprehensive peri-anesthesia care to both inpatients and outpatients undergoing surgery across various services including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, ENT, Urology, Oral Maxillofacial, Burns, Ophthalmology, Gynecology, and Pain Service-related procedures. The care is provided to pediatric and adult patient populations.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of critical care RN work experience (ED or ICU).
• PASCU/ASU experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive peri-anesthesia care to inpatients and outpatients undergoing surgery.
• Care for pediatric and adult populations across multiple surgical services.
