About The Position
Gail’s Home Care is seeking a compassionate and qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to conduct initial assessment visits for our clients in Crawfordville, GA 30631. This is a PRN opportunity ideal for an RN looking for flexible work while providing quality care and helping ensure our client’s safety and well-being.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members
Nice To Haves
- Previous home care or assessment experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct an initial assessment of the client’s needs and condition.
- Develop and implement the service plan as applicable.
- Regularly reassess the client’s needs and recommend changes when appropriate.
- Coordinate services to support the client’s care needs.
- Observe and report changes in the client’s physical or emotional condition.
- Report symptoms, reactions to treatments or medications.
