About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is hiring pool Registered Nurses to provide integrated behavioral health care at its crisis and inpatient units in the Casa Grande and Tucson area. Nurses must be available to work at all units within their hired region and may be assigned or rerouted to different locations by central scheduling. The role requires submitting a minimum of four shifts per month by the 15th of the preceding month. CBI describes its facilities as state-of-the-art and follows a “no wrong door” approach to integrated care.

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Current, good-standing Arizona Board of Nursing license, accepted compact license, or license eligibility within 90 days.
• At least four years of behavioral health RN experience, including both involuntary and voluntary care.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for rerouted commutes.
• Ability to work at all assigned units within the hired region, including crisis and inpatient units.
• Ability to submit at least four shifts per month by the 15th of the month prior.
