About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis. This role provides flexibility while allowing you to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing environment.
Requirements
- Current, active RN license in South Carolina (in good standing)
- Current CPR certification
- Must maintain all required continuing education
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care per care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately
- Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC)
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
