The primary purpose of the Charge Nurse/RN position is to assist in and supervise our residents' day-to-day nursing care (physical, emotional, and social) in the healthcare center. This assistance and supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor to ensure the highest degree of quality care is always maintained. Requirements

  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in and supervise our residents' day-to-day nursing care (physical, emotional, and social) in the healthcare center.
