About The Position

Bradenton Rehabilitation Hospital is opening in May 2026 and is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team. This role will be in a new, state-of-the-art hospital featuring 60 private patient rooms and two advanced rehab therapy gyms. The position involves providing direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process, developing care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff, communicating patient condition changes, and participating in the discharge planning process. The pay rate is determined by years of experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable

Responsibilities

• Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
• Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
• Communicates changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
• Participates in discharge planning process.
