About The Position

Provides health care services to the organization's employees in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. In Executive Health, provides nursing duties for half-day executive health physicals in a concierge-style practice. The role is based in Novi, with occasional travel to the Rochester office. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; there are no weekends, on-call shifts, midnight shifts, or holidays.

Requirements

• BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire or job transfer; American Heart Association certification is accepted.
• Registered Nurse credential from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained before hire or job transfer.
• Diploma from an accredited school or college of nursing, or required professional licensure at time of hire.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of occupational health experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing duties related to health and wellness visits for executive health physicals.
• Conduct health intakes and take vital signs.
• Perform blood draws and administer immunizations.
• Conduct in-office diagnostic testing, including PFT testing, EKGs, audiograms, step tests, and lift tests.
• Work with a physician, clinic coordinator, and other nursing staff to deliver patient care.
